All Droplets are billed hourly, up until a monthly cap. We have estimated that each month has about 672 hours (28 days). If you use your server for less than 672 hours during the month, you will be billed for each hour that you used it. If you use your server for more than 672 hours that month, you will be billed at the monthly cost, which is no greater than 672 hours.

Not necessarily — when you enter a credit card, we only verify the card. As our service is prepaid, your card is charged at the beginning of the billing cycle. Alternatively you may pay your invoices by mailing in a cheque, however many clients prefer Credit Card billing to settle invoices rapidly and not risk disconnecting service due to missed payments.

You will need to find the EPP code of your domain. This code is sometimes also referred to as an AUTH CODE. Your Domain Registrar should be able to help you get this code, however we’re more than happy to help with instructions over the phone. Once you have the code you may use it in the automated domain transfer process, or by emailing it to us.

Unfortunately not. All domain sales are non-refundable by nature. Once we commit to ordering a domain name for you, we are on the hook for the payment. To prevent misunderstandings, all domain names must be prepaid before new orders, renewal, or transfer may begin.
