| Does Shopwiz support
Non-US currencies and date formats? |
| YES. The web administrator
(Shopwiz Admin) which is included with Shopwiz,
allows you to modify the LCID (Locale ID).
By changing this setting the storefront will
automatically adjust the currency, date, and
number formatting to your location. |

| Product/Item Setup |
| Can Shopwiz accommodate items
that come in different colors, sizes, or have
other options? |
| YES. Each item in your storefront
can have it's own set of selectable options.
Item options can also be configured to automatically
make price adjustments, as well as recalculate
the weight (for shipping charges). The
Plus Edition of Shopwiz even includes advanced
item option capability, such as user input (Text
Boxes), etc. |

| Customizing |
| Can I change the
color scheme and look of the storefront? |
| YES. The menu and section
colors schemes, as well as button colors can
be changed from within Shopwiz Admin (which
is included with Shopwiz). You can also use
the built-in HTML editor to add customized elements,
such as graphics, images, text, etc. to the
different sections/pages of the storefront. |

| Can I change the
menu button and section headings text? |
| YES. Most menu buttons
and most section headings can be modified from
within Shopwiz Admin. For example, you
could rename the "Categories" heading and menu
button to something like "Departments". |

| Can I use my own
HTML editor to modify the look of the store? |
| YES. For layout changes,
you could use any HTML editor such as Microsoft
FrontPage, or Dreamweaver. For convenience,
Shopwiz is also broken down into sections.
For example, you could edit the "top.asp" file
and this would change the top/menu section of
the entire store. Some very basic
knowledge of ASP/HTML might be necessary depending
on the magnitude of the changes. |

| Payment Gateways |
| Will the Shopwiz
payment gateway scripts work with my Web Hosting
service? |
| YES. Shopwiz does
not rely on any "gateway software" for gateway
connections (it uses components already built
into most Windows web servers). Your web
host does not need to install any software for
these gateway scripts to work. |

| I use a different
payment gateway (not listed), will
Shopwiz work with my gateway? |
| You can modify the gateway
scripts to accommodate just about any payment
gateways. Most gateway's provide an integration
guide, which gives you step by step instructions
(some basic HTML/ASP knowledge may be needed).
The Plus Edition of Shopwiz will allow you to
use alternate processing URLs. If your
gateway/bank is Authorize.net compatible (as
many are), all you need to do is enter your
system's URL. |

| Installation |
| Is Shopwiz pure
ASP/HTML code, will I need to install components
or DLL's? |
| Shopwiz, including the
web based administrator (Shopwiz Admin), is
nothing more than ASP scripts (ASP/HTML pages).
You do not need to install any components, or
register any DLL's. Installation can be
as simple as uploading the scripts and a single
database file (it is very similar to publishing
HTML web pages). |

| Can I install Shopwiz
on a Non-Windows server? |
| Shopwiz is an Active
Server Pages (ASP) application, designed for
Windows web servers. While you may be
able to run Shopwiz on a Non-Windows platform,
we are unable to provide any technical support,
or guarantee when used on a Non-Windows server.
While some Linux hosting services do offer 3rd
Party software that emulates "Active Server
Pages" functionality, their software may not
support the functions and features required. |
